  The StrechCordz Safety Short Belt S600 is designed for push-off drills, in-place resisted swimming, resisted walking, running and other in-water resistance drills. Turn your backyard or hotel swimming pool into a workout area to burn calories, improve endurance and increase strength.  Practice long swims without countless flip turns. Swimmers use StrechCordz resistance exercise products to improve stroke, strength and endurance. 

  • One 5cm/2in adjustable waist belt that fits up to a 1.1m/44in waist
  • One 1.2m/4ft tube with a safety cord
  • A loop on the end of tubing is included for pool mounting
  • Short Belt Extension s119BEX is available seperately to make the waist belt bigger

  • Yellow 2.2-6.3kg / 5-14lbs (suitable for low strength amateur swimmers)
  • Green 3.6-10.8kg / 8-24lbs (suitable for fit regular casual swimmers)
  • Red 5.4-14.1kg / 12-31lbs (suitable for strong squad swimmers)
  • Blue 6.3-15.4kg / 14-34lbs  (suitable for strong squad swimmers)
